The vision of the Royal Thai Government (RTG) is to prepare the country and its people for the emerging ASEAN Economic Community. Through its no-bond RTG Fellowships at AIT, RTG seeks to prepare her engineers, scientists and managers to become global citizens and emerge as key drivers of Thailand’s international competitiveness. The Royal Thai Government therefore offers academic fellowships to Thai students to pursue Master’s and Doctoral degree programs.

- MBA applicants require an additional one-year relevant work experience

RTG Fellowships for Doctoral Degree
To qualified for these fellowships, the applicants should have a Cumulative GPA of 3.50 in their Master’s degree and 2.75 in their undergraduate program from top universities *(3.00 for other universities).

Students interested in applying for master or PhD degree at the Natural Resources Management for August 2018 intake should apply now. Closing for many scholarships is 31 March 2018. Your applications will be reviewed and if admitted, you will be automatically considered for the scholarship that best matches your qualifications.
- AIT-UNESCO-IHE programmes
- Degree Certificate and Transcript of Undergraduate Degree and / or Master’s Degree;
- Two Letters of Recommendation;
- English Proficiency Requirement: TOEFL (Computer based: 210) and IELTS: 6 (writing and overall) or equivalent;
- An essay on your proposed research topic (For doctoral applicants only).
Fellowships are also offered to support the most qualified applicants depending on their qualifications and merit but they are awarded on very competitive basis. Fellowships cover a part (or full) of the credit fees (tuition) only. Applicants should find other sources to pay for registration fees, accommodation fees or living expenses.
Dr. Takuji Tsusaka joined AIT in January 2018. He is the scientist specialized in production economics, innovation systems for the drylands and markets. AT NRM, he will teach and co-teach the following courses:
